Our mission to use theater as a tool to battle systemic oppression and effectuate social change by producing and developing innovative and thought-provoking plays for our diverse community, and by offering accessible arts education to local youth.
We envision a facility where plays are produced, programs for traditionally marginalized youth are offered for free, and where community members can come to dialogue about various issues relevant to the community.
Theater has the power to create change; collaboration and cooperation lead to great theater.
Who is involved?
" At each performance, we do not want to fill the seats with like-minded people. This practice is not helpful to our process. Everyone needs to be at the table, especially those who disagree with the premise of the work we are doing.
